'Following last years success we revisited this house for a 10-night stay in August. This house is ideal for our family of 4, parents and 2 adolescents. Even on a hot day the house is very comfortable. A car port has been added to keep your car cool also. Again we had a very good time. We visited Acqui Terme, Torino, Milano and some local villages. The owners Ferdinando and Andrea are very welcoming. The house is very well equipped, we did not really miss anything. We will try to visit again next...

'We throughly enjoyed this house. Giulio was the ultimate host. He was prompt in his response and often would show up to address any issue within minutes of being alerted to it. The house was beautiful and clean. Each room had amazing views and the living space was the perfect spot for drinks with a view. The house was also super convenient for walking into town for restaurants and bars. The car stayed in the driveway unless we were going to another city. Highly recommend this listing to anyone...

'We had an amazing time at Cascina Bricchetto. Giovanna deserves more than a 10 out of 10. She really goes above and beyond to ensure that her guest have everything they can wish for. The house is very nice. Nicer even than the photos. The finishes are very good with modern amenities like double glazing. Il Pavone Reale is a great house with a lot of space and nicely decorated. It has a great kitchen, tennis court, lovely pool, pizza house with fire wood oven, table tennis, bbq area and much more. "We stayed from Friday to Friday and used the grill every day together with the pool. The house has everything you need. There are some wineries within 35 min. by car. and you can bike to the closest village, there is even a Lidl 20 min by car from the house. There are some nice board games in the house. Carole made a guidebooklet that helped us a lot during our stay. We also contact each other via message for help. The house was overall clean, but in some corners, we could see quite some bugs, spiders, and insects. But I think that is related to the rural area and the time of the year. The bedsheets and towels were clean and ready for us. At night it was very cold but during the day the sun could heat everything nicely."
