Massages were done by an elderly couple. The woman gave an Ok massage, but the man was not good at all. We paid 14000 yen for an hour. Do not book this, not worth it!

'7c staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating for all our needs. They really strive to accomplish the desired atmosphere of the place and provide a relaxing environment for their guests. The food was incredible and the experience went hand in hand with the quality of offerings. We would definitely recommend to those looking to relax and treat yourself to some R&R. The only challenge was the location. But that’s not a fault of the hotel, just simply something to be mindful of in Kawaguchiko...

'Due to my tight schedule, I messaged the hotel for the late check in arrangement. It took them quite a long time to respond, but they are very responsive since then. Check in and check out was smooth, and the staff is very friendly.
