It features a separate bedroom with a 180 cm bed, a sunny terrace with sea view, and private parking. Well equipped and comfortable, it is located just an 11-minute walk from the center of Beausoleil, offering easy access to Monaco and the surrounding area.

I will not be present in person but the We Care Conciergerie team will be there to help and guide you during your stay. They are opened everyday from 10am to 8pm

The apartment is located in a new and residential area, a little out of the way.

However, you are a 10-minute walk from the center of Beausoleil where you will find all the shops and restaurants you want.
You are 12 minutes from Monte-Carlo

You will find a bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the apartment with 3 bus line that brings you to the center

Travelers will have access to the entire apartment.
The apartment is on the 4th floor with lift.
A car park with an assigned place awaits you in the basement of the building if you have a vehicle.
⚠️ Parking access: please note that vehicles higher than 2 meters cannot access the parking and are therefore not suitable.

The apartment is composed of a warm entrance with coat hooks

You will find everything you need in the kitchen: dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave,......
Also in the living room there is a large round dining table, storage and an elegant sofa bed with coffee table, TV and WIFI

The comfortable bedroom is furnished with an XL bed and storage.

These two rooms open onto a magnificent terrace with garden furniture and sea view. The street passes below the building but the apartment is on a fairly high floor.

The bathroom is located at the back of the apartment next to the entrance.
It is made up of a new walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet , a washing machine and storage space.

- a bus network passes under the building you can take lines 24,18,13 which will take you to Monaco or Menton
- The Monaco railway station as well as the 110 bus from the airport is a 22-minute walk away but you can take the 18 or 24 bus to get to the apartment or to the station / airport bus
- Nice airport is 34 minutes from the apartment

Although having a nice view, the apartment overlooks the street.
A welcome kit awaits you upon your arrival.
It includes: coffee capsules, 2 rolls of toilet paper, shampoos and soaps, 2 garbage bags

A set of bed linens and towels is provided per person during your stay and are included in the cleaning fee.
