'I think the rooms could use remodeling. The hole in the sink was extremely dirty, the skirt for the mattress was stained, the lobby had a weird stench, my ac made an extremely loud whining noise to where as I had to knock it with my hand to quiet it down and the room didn't smell fresh upon entry. The curtain was also extremely old and long so if I closed the curtain for black out, it would block the ac unit. The ac unit was very rusted at the bottom and stains on the wall and ceiling. 'Excellent place to stay. We were on a family road trip and slept in multiple hotels on our way, this by far the best of them all. The location is great if you want to explore the historic district which is 15 mins away. The rooms smelled amazing, everything was very neat and clean. They have an excellent complementary breakfast that made the stay such a wonderful experience for the kids and us. This is our favorite new hotel to revisit! '
