'Los termales son muy buenos, nos gusto que estuvieran aparte de los huespedes de pasadia, me parecio una gran detalle que tienen estaciones de agua, aromaticas y tinto permanente, se respira mucha paz.Los cuartos son muy completos, pero para nuestro gusto las camas son algo duras; tambien sugeriria que amplien el horario de restaurante o dejen una tienda de productos varios hasta mas tarde. Tambien seria bueno que el personal de piscina y de restaurante prestaran la misma calidad de servicio...

'We stayed 20 minutes in the hotel and left. All reviews were 10/10 and it is expensive for the Tota lagoon region so we thought it could be an ideal hotel. The reality it is a rip off. We do not recommend this hotel .'

'The rooom was extremely basic for the price. They only provided two old towels, no hand towels, no floor towel, the soap containers were empty. The toilet seat was clogged. The room faced a very noisy street, the windows did not have cortains but an old vertical persian which didn't block the streetlights. '
