'zeer tevreden zoals steeds . De extra VIP silver status voordelen hebben we niet gehad. Helaas !'

'Wonderful 5-star hotel, super service focussed staff, very nice rooms, well equipped, and the restaurant serves an original menu. The fitness room might need a make-over? Lat but not least: the city of Milan should consider to renew all tram carriages (nrs 12 and 14 heading for ‘Duomo’)'

'Goede locatie'

'This is a small boutique hotel tucked away in Milan near the Questura. A great location for those who are needing immigration or visa assistance. The room was clean and lovely. The elevator was working off and on during our stay so be aware as there are four long flights of stairs to conquer. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.'

'Location was what we needed.'

'Nice hotel with very friendly staff, conveniently located near Milano Centrale. The room was small and perhaps a bit dated, but it was very clean and the AC worked perfectly. The balcony was a nice bonus for enjoying an aperitivo after a long walk around the city. We didn’t try the 15-Euro hotel breakfast, opting instead for Pasticceria Gelsomina a few blocks away, which was delicious.'

'The apartment itself was spacious, clean and well located, and overall we liked the property. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the noise at night. Our apartment faced the train/tram line directly outside the windows, and it ran throughout the night, making it extremely loud and very difficult to sleep. For such an otherwise comfortable apartment, the lack of sound insulation was disappointing. I think the proximity to the tracks and potential nighttime noise should be communicated more...

'Heerlijke plek! Koffie, lekkere bedden ,fijne ligging. Kon niet beter'

'Goede ligging, mochten vroeg de kamer in, hotel ziet er netjes uit.'
