This is a real "business"; clean, design and cold comfortable. Close to the station and metro. Has a big lounge and bar.
Standard welcome, had to ask for my extra's as being a Gold member. I don't believe I actually got my upgrade! and my free bottle only after mentioning it 2 times... did get a coffeemaker without a problem when asked for!
I booked a Junior Suite. Big spacious room on the 14th floor (unfortunately not with a view of the historic center since the building is diagonally opposite the center) with a huge bathtub in a spacious bathroom, the bath plug didn't open/close properly and also the faucet needed replacement. I asked for an early wake-up call but didn't get one or I didn't hear it?! as the receptionist told me! Now I wonder if it's normal just to call a person only once when they don't pick up straight away? Especially when the wake-up call is asked for 4AM? They can't be too bussy around that time??? I missed my flight!
All by all I didn't feel very warm welcomed, hence the title Business hotel.
