'Our stay started poorly—our room wasn’t ready and was extremely hot, though the owner moved us to another room with a fan. Everything looked clean at first, but that changed quickly. On our first night, I found a LARGE BED BUG on the bed after feeling bites. I took photos and contacted Expedia, who responded quickly, but there was no on-site staff to help. With no receptionists and no guarantee another room would be safe for BED BUGS, we requested a full refund and left that day as soon as the...

'The staff here was very friendly and helpful, but the rooms and facilities are quite dated and in need of some repairs. However, everything appeared clean. Overall our stay was fine, but I’m not sure the prices are aligned with the quality of the accommodations.'

'The owner, Jordi, and his staff went out of their way to help me. He gave me a ride from the train station to his nearby restaurant, where I had a fantastic dinner. Then he dropped me off at the hotel. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The front desk attendant was kind enough to drive me to the bus stop for my journey to Barcelona.
