The 200-year-old trulli have been lovingly restored to the highest standards and maintain all of the original features. With no direct neighbours, the property is surrounded by acres of ancient olive trees and is ideal for a quiet holiday in the beautiful countryside of Puglia. All just minutes away from pristine sandy beaches, and quaint towns like Alberobello, Monopoli or Ostuni.
Accomodation is spread accross two separate units with indipendent access: the trulli and the guest house. The trulli comprise a double living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two double-bedrooms (both with air-conditioning and one with en-suite bathroom), and a second bathroom. Please note, as you can see in the pictures, that the 2 bedrooms are interconnected (there is a door between them).
About 10 meters across the yard is the air-conditioned guest house with kitchen corner and a double-bed with en-suite bathroom. Both units are set around the large original courtyard and are entirely enclosed by dry-stone walls, guaranteeing privacy and security. The fittings and fixtures are all of high quality and the interior decoration pleasantly blends traditional Pugliese furniture and country-chic design.
The private 4x8m swimming pool, with a shallow end for children, is for your esclusive use and set next a lawn where you can relax under the shadow of old olive trees. The large shaded seating and relaxing area has a table sitting up to 10 people, ample sofas, a built-in barbeque and outdoor shower with hot water. An orchard behind the trulli provides a private spot for lounging and picking fresh fruits for your breakfast.
