'1. The 2 4 step stairs off the kitchen need handrails.2. The hall bath upstairs-bad lighting issues and sink drain did not work3. Deck had rotting boards.4. The upstairs was hot and the downstairs was cold5. Kitchen supplies minimal- example 4 dishwashing tablets and minimal containers for leftovers. There were 15 of us.6. The outlets in upstairs teal bedroom did not work well.7. The grass was quite long. 8. The space was great and so was the pool. '

'This house was perfect for our family of 10 with plenty of space to gather or space to have a little quiet time. Casey was so easy to work with. Being winter, we didn’t use the hot tub or fire pit, but those along with their yard to play in would be great for warmer weather stays. '

'Nice place. Everything located just blocks away. Host was extremely attentive to needs and questions. Very nice neighbors offered assistance if we needed anything (one of us still recovering from a broken leg). Lots of extra touches like water and snacks, lots of towels, blankets and extra pillows. Quick to respond about a minor leak at kitchen faucet. Only suggestion we had was that all of the beds are that soft memory foam mattresses. Would be nice if one of the bedrooms would have had or...

'Very home-like, kitchen was well equipped and the home was clean. Large living room with dog friendly flooring was very appreciated. The large, private yard was nice and the dogs loved the trails. Was perfect for our needs. Host was responsive and even decorated for Christmas.'
