In the commune of Montbray, we offer this charming 45 m² house with mountain views, jacuzzi and sauna, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It comprises a pretty living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom. You can also enjoy the 5,200 m² garden! Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A dining area and fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
- A 19 m² living room with a double sofa bed, dining area, TV...

On the 2ᵉ floor:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with bath and WC

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A wellness room is available on site with a sauna (2 people) and a private Jacuzzi! The jacuzzi is available from April to October (7 people), measuring 2m30 x 2m40, in an enclosed space with a large opening window. This space also contains a walking mat, exercise bike and sitting area.
- A beautiful 5,200 m² enclosed shared garden, with several relaxation areas with deckchairs and garden furniture
- A 30m² private south-facing terrace with furniture, dining area, 4 deckchairs, wooden garden furniture and parasol
- A 35m² private north-facing terrace with furniture, dining area and parasol.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (7 vehicles).
