'We stayed in this villa for 14 nights. For the first 3 days we had huge issues with the electrical system, which is very old. This caused frequent an lengthy outages, which means no air conditioning or electrical fans…The villa is nice but it has not been renovated, and it is basically falling into pieces, which is a shame given the nice location.'

'Wir hatten wunderbare 10 Tage im November. Fantastische Sonnenaufgänge und bis Nachmittags viel Sonne auf der riesigen Terrasse. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Am letzten Abend sahen wir vier Delfine, die direkt vor dem Haus durchs Meer schwammen.'

We were disappointed at the surrounding property has been impacted by drought or other neglect, so the vineyards were dead, and the olive trees under stress. The club and pool were never promised, but we hoped they might be available to us. Ocean access was via a rough path and very limited. Overall, I highly recommend this listing, but encourage transparency about the current conditions.'

'Wir, Familie mit drei Kindern und Hund, haben eine wundervolle entspannte Zeit in dem Haus von Carmela und Pier verbracht. Sie haben uns sehr zuvorkommend begrüßt. Das Haus ist ideal für eine Familie und entspricht genau den Fotos. Wir werden bei einem nächsten Italienaufenthalt gerne wieder hierher zurück kommen.'
