'La cosa peggiore è stata la scarsa cura dell’igiene, praticamente pulizia zero… oltre al fatto che non c’è stato alcun interesse da parte della struttura verso gli ospiti, la camera era sporca, piena di polvere, con lenzuola e coperta sporca… mancavano sia shampoo che bagnoschiuma e gli asciugamani erano sporchi con capelli all’interno '
