'Clean extra large studio given for accessibility requirements at no extra cost. Plenty of parking, great staff.'

'Reasonably clean room in dated property. Upper level room, so great view of church next to property. Walls very thin, so could hear all goings-on from early morning party animals in next room.'

'Took an hour for key to be located, then someone else in our room! Was double booked! Wasn’t even the accommodation that was advertised. No other accommodation available in Auckland, nearest we could get was Huntly! No assistance finding somewhere. Absolutely worst experience ever. Don’t stay here, nightmare'

'Staff was great, room was super-clean, breakfast was fine. The building itself is small and we were on the first floor and could hear people coming and going.'

'The house is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms were perfect sized with a large ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. The host Linda was lovely and accommodating and very helpful. We would definitely recommend Aachen House!'

'Beautiful old convent reinvented to a unique hotel with so much character. We walked 5 mins into the little town to grab a bite to eat and a cocktail. We only stayed one night but it was lovely and very clean.'

'Goed hotel, heel vriendelijk personeel, heel behulpzaam. Hotel was op 15 min wandelafstand van het centrum. Mss wel bij vermelden naar het hotel is een serieuze klim naar boven, redelijk stijl…'
