'My husband and I booked this place and were unable to stay due to lack of communication regarding check-in procedure. The listing states the host will make contact 3 days before which didn’t happen. We sent several messages the day of check-in and didn’t hear from the host until well after the check-in time (4pm). Given the remote location and time of day, we were worried we wouldn’t have anywhere to stay for the night so we booked a hotel in Arezzo which we were lucky to get on a holiday...

'Gemischt.Sehr gut: Zentrale Lage, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Siena, Cortona, Arezzo Pienza). Gepflegt, schöner Pool. Antonio ist die gute Seele des Hauses, freundlich, hilfsbereit und scheinbar immer fröhlich.Gut: Ausstattung des Hauses (wir haben im kleineren Poggiolino) gewohnt.Nicht gut: Zentrale Lage, direkt an einer wichtigen Regionalstraße. Also Ruhe in den Hügeln der Toskana hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt... Und:Im Schlafzimmer (UG) war es sehr warm (bei hohen Außentemperaturen)....

Die Anlage, der schöne und große Pool, die Umgebung und Monicas nachmittägliches Klavierspiel, haben zu der perfekten Erholung beigetragen. Kein schickimicki, dafür Herzlichkeit, Achtsamkeit, Charme und toskanische Natur pur. Von Anfang an hatten wir das Gefühl, bei guten Freunden und Gastgebern angekommen zu sein, die es einem an nichts haben mangeln...

'Excellent rapport qualité prix, l'appartement proposé est idéalement situé par rapport à la gare, pour qui veut comme nous visiter les villes les plus connues en train et bus. Les soirées ou journées au calme dans le jardin ou dans le bel espace de la maison sont reposantes, après l’agitation des visites. La gentillesse de nos hôtes est un plus !'
