'Gardener Kay was very helpful, but person at reception was not kind. I arrived in time, by at least 30 minutes, but receptionist was gone. Called and I could take the key for the room myself. Breakfast was very very basic. Not worth the money. '

'Amazing place if you’re travelling around in tuscany or neighbouring cities. The place is spacious. Bathroom is separate but private in the hallway. Super quiet area, restaurants nearby and 20min walk from Lucca station. Host is super nice and reachable via whatsapp. Appartamento fantastico per andare in Toscana o in altre città vicine.
