I am writing to formally request a refund and resolution regarding my stay at your property during the recent hurricane. My experience was significantly impacted by poor communication and unclear emergency procedures.
During the lockdown, guests were given no meeting points or guidance, leaving us completely unaware of the hotel’s emergency protocol. This created confusion and added unnecessary stress during an already difficult situation.
We were informed the hotel was on lockdown, yet the buffet remained open, which was contradictory to the instructions provided. Additionally, I did not receive the bag of food that was supposed to be distributed to guests.
The only time communication from the hotel was clear was when we were told that additional nights would need to be paid for, which felt unfair considering the circumstances and lack of support.
As of today, I still have not received my refund, despite being told it would be processed. I have a printed copy of my receipt and can provide it upon request.
I respectfully ask that you review my case and issue the refund owed to me as soon as possible. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution
