'This hotel is hip and modern and was a delight to stay in. The staff were very friendy and helpful. The room had a feel of like your own apartment or unit somehow. Quiet, great location in the very heart of the shopping and sightseeing areas. Great location! Downside, is temporary road construction out front that doesnt really affect you other than esthetics. Great street. Breakfast was delicious. Room clean, beds comfortable!'

'Zeer fraaie locatie, hartje stad Florence. Bij een hotel op zo'n mooie locatie verwachtten wij iets meer comfort. De kamer maakte een gedateerde indruk, is toe aan renovatie. De receptie bij inchecken verliep stroef, lange wachttijd. Ontbijtbuffet was zeer goed, uitgebreid, vol verse producten. Voor een paar dagen Florence is dit een redelijk goede keuze, maar de zeer hoge score op tripadvisor en bij booking.com hebben wij helaas niet helemaal herkend., '
