'I really enjoyed my stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and provided everything I needed during my stay. The location is very convenient for exploring all that the Monterey peninsula has to offer. The unit has lots of windows, and has a fantastic view.The host was very responsive to all of my questions and was very accomodating when I requested a late checkout. 'This is a wonderful property in Pacific Grove, CA. It is great for a family or larger group. Home is very comfortable. Great back yard with grill, fire pit, picnic table and seating. It's two blocks from the ocean and a hiking path. Our younger grandson went tidepooling every day. Also within walking distance of the Pacific Grove Golf Links, a fun course that is very affordable. My older grandson and I enjoyed that. Great vacation accommodation. '

'As the title says, this place is in the perfect spot for everything. Walk across the street for a great trail along the coast. Walkable to nice restaurants and activities. We rented a car so we explored out a little farther, which was nice. The property was very clean and more than enough room for the 4 of us. I was a little nervous about not having air conditioning but we never needed it during our stay in June. In fact we used the fireplace a few times early in the morning. It doesnt look like...

'This house waa perfect for our family because of: location to various things in Seaside, Monterrey amd for walking to get exercise or to little shops. The house wad clean and the host was responsive via the VRBO app. We had enough kitchen supplies and I appreciated the ability to do laundry. The beds were comfortable and we all rested well. There were some light bulbs out but this was not a big deal for us. We would stay again!'

'Beautiful location along 17 Mile Drive with spectacular vistas. Surprisingly sunny weather with only modest June gloom. Worked well for our large family gathering including our grandchildren. The Castle was a favorite of our 6 year old granddaughter.'

'Eight of us stayed in Virginia's house and had a wonderful time. The house is great for 8 people - plenty of room and comfortable beds. Location can't be beat! And when we had a small problem with a coffee maker early Sunday morning it was fixed within 30 minutes! That's excellent service. Virginia was very easy to communicate with. I would certainly rent her house again. '

'Checkin was convenient and easy.House centrally located and close to the beach. The listing states there were 3 bedrooms but the third “bedroom” is an office with an uncomfortable pullout couch bed that had dirty sheets. We had to wash the bedding before use. The neighborhood is currently under construction but was only heard on the weekdays. Overall it was a really nice place that was comfortable with a really large kitchen and lounge area. '
