'There was a sigarette Bud, we look at a Wall when we opened the window, paint Stalins on the Wall. The remotecontrol is Grease. It doesnt feel safe and we are here with two kids. Much too expensive for this room'

'The room we were given after stating that there were allergies involved had a stale musty mildew smell to it. We opened the window and turned on the air to get things aired out. By midnight we were having breathing issues. The assistant manager stated the air conditioner needed to be cleaned and offered a refund. We left to find another hotel and now they are not providing any refund.'

De onmiddellijke omgeving spreekt niet direct aan, nabijheid autosnelweg en te ver om te voet naar het centrum te stappen. Perfect centraal gelegen om je snel te verplaatsen naar omliggende toeristische lokaties, monterey, santa cruz, etc. Veel betere prijs dan gelijkwaardige hotels aan de kust.'

'The place was very clean. They were resealing the front parking lot during our stay, so we had to detour to the side with not a lot of spots to park. The breakfast was fine. I would have liked more choices like eggs, yogurt and bacon or sausage. So many people waiting for the waffle maker 😬 And hard for the staff to keep the tables wiped. But, all in all, it was a good stay.'

'I liked this property. We just spent the night here. The breakfast was decent. Air conditioning was great. Staff was really friendly.'

'Clean and new room. Had towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Love their scent! Everything was great. The only loud noise that woke us up was the sound of ambulance or police sirens that passed by. The AC makes a bit of a noise but it was like a white noise machine which actually helped drown the noise outside since we're near a main road.'

There is no staff permanently on-site, so whenever you need assistance you have to call or send a text message and wait for someone to respond. 'Een mooi net hotel. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, dit begint tegenwoordig zeldzaam te worden dus dat was een verademing!'

'I didn’t like how there were hairs around the shower, didn’t seem clean to me. I also wasn’t happy with the cleaning crew, we had not checked out or even advised of our check out and cleaning lady open the door without even knocking and entered. She did apologize and quickly closed the door and left. Check out time is 12pm and she came into the room at 10:40am. Very unprofessional.'
