'The only reason we are giving this property 5 stars is because of the view and everything it came with. It is truly an amazing property that unfortunately was soiled by how FAR it truly was from the entrance. We came with 4 luggages and 2 bags and their transportation service, while stated it was going to be available, the driver had finished early that day and we had to drag our luggage what seemed miles up the hill and steps (which were plenty). 'The view was outstanding. The room was newly remodeled and very clean. The bed was comfy. We had a bottle of wine in our room and snacks which was unexpected but so nice to receive. I would recommend this spot to everyone..'

'Great terrace. Room was small but all we needed for our Cinque Terre hiking trip. Could have used another pillow but otherwise the room was in a great location!'

'A great place to stay to get away from the crowds and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Given that it is away from the city center, you will need to take taxis or rent a car to get to where you want to go. The villa was peaceful, clean, and the bottles of wine and treats in the room were such a nice touch. Lastly, thank you Cristina and Nicola for a wonderful stay! You both were so kind and very helpful answering any questions I had! Highly recommend!'

'Nice and clean room. Very helpful Francesca had some great travel tips (good restaurants, nice places to visit). The hotel is a bit far away from the train station in a not that interesting area, but you could walk to the ferries to Cinque Terre and there was a bus stop close by where you could catch a bus to Leriche or the train station in La Spezia. '

'La habitación era muy bonita y estaba todo muy limpio. Se encuentra a unos 15 minutos caminando desde la estación pero el camino es agradable, está rodeada de tiendas. Llegas y te vas por tu cuenta, lo único que no nos agradó fue que solicitamos que no nos dieran servicio de limpieza pues dejamos cosas importantes dentro y aún así entraron. De ahí en fuera todo estuvo bien, es agradable para pasar la noche'
