Gian's Little House

Welcome to Gian’s little house! This tiny apartment is located in Monterosso al Mare, 300 meters from the beach of Fegina, 500 meters from the train station, and 1 km away from the Old Town of Monterosso. We’re located at the 5th floor of a beautiful outdoor staircase, and the apartment can be reached after 105 steps (don’t come unprepared!).
There is a kitchen with a small terace, oven, and microwave; a living room/bedroom with a double bed and a couch that turns into a comfortable full sized bed; one bathroom with a shower. The apartment is stocked with towels and sheets as well as a pack ‘n play crib for small children, a baby food set, a high chair and a toilet reducer. You will also enjoy a terrace that overlooks the surrounding nature, where you’ll be able to eat and relax taking cover from the heat of the day or appreciate the cool wind that blows in the valley. The entrance is independent through a common lobby, the room is not air conditioned but there is a portable air conditioner in the bedroom and there is free Wi-Fi connection. The area is very quiet, and at night the croaking of frogs will keep you company, under the starry sky.
