Het appartement is gelegen in het hart van het historische centrum van Monterosso op een steenworp afstand van de zee.
Het is een paar jaar volledig gerenoveerd in bio-architectuur ..
Gelegen op de eerste verdieping van een typisch dorpshuis, daterend uit de Middeleeuwen, werd het ingericht door een Genuese antiekhandelaar met meubels, oude schilderijen en kunstvoorwerpen.
Het bestaat uit twee slaapkamers, een tweepersoonsbed en een met twee eenpersoonsbedden die kunnen veranderen in een tweepersoonsbed, een grote woonkamer met een slaapbank voor twee personen.

Je krijgt de gelegenheid om alles wat je nodig hebt onder het huis te vinden: de patisserie, de pizzeria, de restaurants, de pub, alle winkels en alle diensten van de stad binnen een paar meter.
Je kunt jezelf onderdompelen en volledig genieten van de sfeer van de Cinque Terre door te verblijven in unieke, "charmante" kamers, voorzien van airconditioning, goed uitgerust en ingericht.

This is a wonderful apartment! I simply can not say enough kind words about the hosts. Davide communicated so well before our stay- suggesting restaurants and things to do, options for getting to the home, and even offered assistance with our bags and taxis! We did the sunset cruise of the towns with Fish & Chill that Davide recommended and it was fabulous! The apartment is clean, cute and worked wonderfully for us. It is located right near many restaurants, the beach and train station. If there were more stars I would rate this higher!

Stayed at Davide's charming home in Monterosso with my family. It was steps from fantastic restaurants, cafe's, and many other wonderful treats. It was close to the train station and 75 meters from the beach. It was an incredible clean, with everything so convenient. I can't believe I got lucky and found this gem! Thank you so so much!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Clean and spacious with everything we needed. Very central location and easy walk from the train station. Could hear chatter from the restaurant below but not in the bedrooms. Davide met us upon arrival to show us the property and provided wonderful recommendations. He was very responsive and helpful. He went above and beyond to send us an item we left behind!

We stayed for 3 nights and loved the location, and the apt was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Davide was very helpful with checkin and providing suggestions for the area and outside of. Multiple restaurants close by. Train station within walking distance for most. Would highly recommend staying here.

This apartment was super clean and lots of space. The host was very kind and communicated with us regularly to make sure all was well. There is a kitchenette, table, large room in front with two large windows out onto the tiny pedestrian street below. Wafts of pastry in the morning and pizza in the afternoon. We are glad we stayed in old town. There is much more spirit especially during the lemon festival.large bathroom with shower toilet and bidet. Plenty of space. Large master bedroom and 2nd room with step singles. We would stay here again. Highly recommend.

The property was perfect for our girls trip stay. The location was great with restaurants, bakeries, wine bars and shops right outside and it was an easy walk to the beach and the train station.The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the apartment worked well for us.Davide could not have been more pleasant or accommodating.I would highly recommend!

Best place to stay in Monterosso! Davide met us outside and familiarized us with all the apartment amenities. Appreciated having a washer in the unit. Spacious and comfortable to unwind after a long day. Location was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. thank you, Davide!

Stayed 4 nights, couldn't have been happier. Can literally step outside, take a seat and order pizza. Coffee and breakfast are just a few steps beyond that, and the liveliest bar in Monterosso, just down the block. Felt more like staying at a families home then a rental, Davide the owner was always within reach if needed, though I never did. Highly recommend.

The staff was very nice. Breakfast was great. The location was very good. A few little annoying things were: One day the shower did not work. One of two hooks for hanging towels in the bathroom was broken. A handle was missing on the shutter door to the balcony.

Davide’s place was wonderful from check-in to check out. Communicated with us prior to check-in with detailed instructions on how to get there from the train station. Davide was there to greet us upon arrival. Walked us through his unit. Showed us how to work the tv, washer, and other appliances. Gave us overview of area and recommended restaurants. Don’t bother looking any where else. You won’t find better. Great location. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. 5 star unit.

This was the best property we stayed at in the 5 weeks we were in Europe. So clean, great location in the old town of Monterusso and the host David went above and beyond to make our stay amazing, there was everything that we needed in the apartment for a family. We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was great. Very clean, nicely furnished, cozy. Felt like home. The location is great. Very close to everything you need such as restaurants, shops, beach etc. Davide is a great host. He met us personally, gave us some suggestions for local restaurants and things to do in the area. Even treated us with a bottle of champagne. If you are planning to stay in Monterosso, this is a perfect place. Highly recommend

We stayed in Monterosso only 2 nights and wish we stayed longer! The property is nestled in the winding roads just a block from the church and just a few blocks from the beach. It is completely renovated but maintains quaint charm. The hosts are amazing!!! David was super helpful and informative. He recommended a boat tour for us which we picked up off the pier down the road to enjoy viewing the Cinque Terre from the sea and taking a swim in the beautiful clear waters. Our family will go back!

Davide was such a wonderful host. He brought all of our luggage up the stairs to our apartment, which was not an easy task. The apartment was immaculate and had lots of thoughtful touches like guests Netflix, medical kit, even a bottle of champagne. Davide also made sure we had as much information about getting to Monterosso easily, where to visit and where to eat. He also had his son help us with our luggage when we checked out. The location is also perfect in the Old Town. Highly recommend.

This was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a vacation rental! Davide was a thoughtful, attentive host who welcomed us personally. He helped us get our luggage in and presented us with a nice bottle of Prosecco! He shared a wealth of Cinque Terre history with us, as well as great recommendations for things to do, places to see, and dining recommendations. The rental was immaculate. Spotless, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed and did not know we needed! The beds were exceptionally comfortable! We enjoyed watching movies together on Netflix after our busy days by the sea, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect. Just a short walk from the beach - with restaurants and markets just steps away. Quiet and peaceful after dark. Loved that we were in the historic part of the village. So much beauty to take in. This building is 800 years old and has been carefully maintained to preserve its beauty. Upon checking out, I asked what we could do to help make turning over the property easier, and Davide to just leave everything to them and thanked us for staying. We were truly treated as guests in his beautiful home, and that is not very common these days. If you are fortunate enough to find yourself in Cinque Terre, this is the property to stay at 😊

We had a family of six adults and loved this cozy apartment. It was wonderful to spill out directly into the town streets with cute shops and restaurants every morning. Monterosso is the place to stay for many activities, music, food, drink, a wonderful open town square and authentic shops. The suggestions for restaurants were perfect! Convenient to the train station and we hopped on easy trains to all the other Cinque Terre villages to sightsee. Did the hike from Venazza back to Monterosso which was amazing but not easy!

This place was absolutely the perfect way to end our family's Italian adventure. The location is beyond amazing. Monterosso turned out to be our favorite of the Cinque Terre towns and the apartment made wandering the town so easeful! We could slip out to eat at the many great choices right on our block and go swimming with ease at the beach. The apartment was comfortable and the wifi was great. Our host greeted us and helped us to get comfortable upon arrival, even gifting us with a bottle of Prosecco. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat if we are ever so lucky!! Grazie!!!
