'Wat een heerlijke plek. Hier kwamen we tot rust en kwamen thuis als we op pad waren geweest. De woning was goed voorzien. Beetje weinig stopcontacten en graag de horren goed bevestigen maar dat zijn tips. We genoten van het uitzicht, de locatie. De ontvangst was hartelijk en ook het contact erna nadat er door ons veroorzaakt gedoe was met kapotte en verloren sleutels. Super opgevangen.'

'Rustig gelegen tegen de helling aan in het piepkleine dorpje Toiano. Mooi kader, heel mooi uitzicht, prachtige zonsondergang vanuit het keukenraam! In het huisje zijn alle basisbenodigdheden aanwezig. Doch de badkamer, en dan vooral het bad/douche kan wel een grondige renovatie gebruiken! Huisje ingericht in landelijke stijl. 'We were blown away by how beautiful this location was! It is situated in a small hamlet of homes in the incredible Tuscany countryside surrounded by grape vines and peacefulness. Its location is so close to Siena and other small towns which made it so central. Upon entering the house, we were one again blown away with the chefs kitchen and open downstairs floor plan. 'Voor het tweede jaar op rij opnieuw onze vakantie doorgebracht in dit mooie vakantiehuis in Cerreto Selva (nabij Sovicille). We hebben weer een heerlijke vakantie gehad in deze mooie en rustige omgeving. Fijne contacten gehad met Emmanuela en Roberto Pappini (eigenaren) en de rest van de familie. Het zijn uitermate vriendelijke mensen. Het vakantiehuis is zeer schoon en comfortabel. Wij gaan zeker opnieuw terug naar deze plek!'

'We hebben een superfijn verblijf gehad!! Het huis was erg sfeervol en de tuin was erg fijn vooral voor onze honden. We hebben genoten van het zwembad en de veranda waar we elke dag lekker in de schaduw konden eten. De omgeving is erg mooi en vlakbij een dorpje waar we dagelijks een cappuccino gingen drinken. Helaas hadden we in en om het huis bijna geen internet.'

'The countryside on the way from the picturesque medieval town of Sinalunga, was spectacular and the surrounding countryside and villages were the prettiest we’ve ever seen. The housekeeper, Daniella, took care of all our needs on site and got us the house olive oil and wine when we requested to buy them. She was an absolute sweetheart with a warm heart and a smile as bright as the Tuscan sunrise.'

'We booked our stay at Villa Petrolo to host 20 guests (and one toddler) for a wedding/elopement. Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and looks even better in person. Each room has its own personality and there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time as a group or alone. 'Rustige plek als basis voor ontdekken Toscane. Piepklein dorpje met toch 2 restaurants. Goede prijs voor huis met 4 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Eenvoudig en sfeervol ingericht. Veel door vorige gasten achtergelaten voorraad, goed kijken wat nog bruikbaar is. Zeer hartelijke ontvangst door Carla in perfect Engels.2e sleutel zou erg fijn geweest zijn voor de keren dat we apart van elkaar iets ondernamen.'

'It is in beautiful location where you can recieve the healing energy of the Toscana countryside. However it's far from Florence, 45 minutes through a long and widing road. Internet and telephone signal is bad and we did't get the code to open the box with the keys on time, we strugeled to find a way to communicate with the staff. Should we have received the code in time everything would have been perfect. It would be a good idea to place the name of the house "Elena" somewhere visible for people...

'I rarely give a 5 star rating but this property is incredible. When it comes right down to it, people make all the difference. Emanuela was so friendly and accommodating. She was just so happy. She checked on us and helped us with our questions. Beyond that, the apartment is perfect. We so enjoyed our time on the terrace. The building is relatively quiet and we enjoyed watching all the animals living in the apt below us, especially Theo and all the turtles! Highly recommend and we will return....

'Our stay was absolutely incredible! the place, the people, the house... Il Bacio is not a 5-star hotel but it has everything you will need for a pleasant and quiet holiday. We were a party of 7, including kids and everybody had a great time. We didn't want to go home:( We got a nice vineyard tour which included some snacks and sampling the wine of course. The wine is exquisit so we bought some to take back home. The location is also very good, really close to Florence and not too far from Siena...
