'Wonderful hotel with an amazing view over the local lake. The sunrise is so beautiful. The only thing that is too bad is that the windows don't open (at least you're not allowed too). It's a 10-15 minute drive to downtown, but that's ok and cheap. Airport only 5 minutes away.'

'Rume en lichte kamers, behulpzaame en aardige personeel. Goede ontbijt met heel veel keuze. Je kan ook een fiets van het hotel huren, wel tegen een prijzige tarief van 10 us dollars voor vier uur. Hele goede lokatie, bijna in het centrum.'

'Stayed 2 nights and the location is great, right next to Tres Cruces bus terminal. Shopping and restaurants in the terminal, with a lot of places to reach easily by foot or taxi since it's in the middle of the city. They were renovating the hotel at the time of the visit (sept 2025) but didn't affect us since the stay was over the weekend. Oh and really nice view from the gym and the breakfast area.'

'Estratégico! Localizado próximo ao aeroporto. Quarto espaçoso. Boa cama e enxoval. Apenas o Box do banheiro que não fechava totalmente. Chegamos tarde e cansados não quisemos sair jantar, pedimos serviço de quarto e prontamente serviram. Café da manhã bem saboroso. '

'O Hostal é um lugar acessível e fácil para ficar em Montevideu. São quartos coletivos, alguns com banheiro no quarto outros não. O atendimento é ótima e os espaços se convivência são o que faz a diferença. Sempre um café e frutas para motivar uma boa conversa com pessoas de diferentes partes do planeta. Confiança e cuidados se constroem. Há uma magia no ar!'

'Foi ótimo, tivemos 2 noites incríveis. Comemorei meu aniversário de casamento com meu marido e filho de 1 ano e 1 mês, ótimas instalações, apesar da localização ser um pouco afastada de pontos turísticos não nos atrapalhou nem um pouco, visto que o bairro é delicioso pra caminhar... excelentes lojas, mercados, farmácias, restaurantes, voltaria com certeza. Uma pena que foi pouco tempo e não consegui aproveitar o spa.'

'This is a true hidden gem in Montevideo; nice small boutique hotel with just 6 rooms, managed by Caroline and her team which are very nice, helpfull and dedicated to make your stay great! Location was also perfect; walking distance from Carrasco beach and the mini-town center with all shops and restaurants you need. Amazing attention to detail in this small private space of heaven, we loved it!'

'Hotel is een beetje verouderd. Kofffieapparaat lekte, tv vertoonde kuren en pas na vierde keer melden bij de receptie (keurig) gerepareerd. Hotel is druk conferentie oord waardoor het in de lobby zeer druk is en wifi is tot vijf van 8 verdiepingen in zo'n geval zeer zwak / onbetrouwbaar.'

'The property was amazing and modern. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Their parking is in the hotel itself (unlike others in the area where it is a block away). Convenient. Clean. More of a short term apartment rental. Kitchenette. Located conveniently in the old city. There are the odd homeless people sleeping in nearby streets, but that is experienced throughout the old quarter. They do not bother anyone.'
