Mooie luxe Waterfront House in Walden aan Lake Conroe!

Kom en ontspan in ons prachtige "Family Lake House" !! Onze woning is gelegen in het charmante stadje Walden met een prachtig uitzicht op open water, maar nog steeds veilig om te zwemmen hebben we de beste plek op Lake Conroe! Het huis heeft alle voorzieningen die u nodig heeft en u bent van harte welkom om uw boot of jetski mee te nemen zonder extra kosten! De Walden Restaurants en de jachthavens zijn slechts enkele minuten afstand. We hebben een prachtig terras om van te genieten of gewoon zitten onder onze veranda en nippen aan een aantal fantastische wijn! Je zult het heerlijk vinden om naar de sterren te kijken en naar de golven te luisteren vanuit ons extra grote luxe bubbelbad op ons dek vlak bij het water!Ons huis heeft 3 slaapkamer suites, perfect voor meerdere stellen of een groot gezin. Het huis heeft 1 grote slaapkamer met een kingsize bed, de tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en op de derde verdieping is er een zeer grote slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden en een zithoek. Alle slaapkamers en badkamers zijn volledig gerenoveerd en we hebben onze vertrekzones ook volledig vernieuwd en gerenoveerd! Vergelijk andere huizen met dezelfde toekomst als de locatie aan het water om de geweldige waarde te waarderen die we onze gasten bieden! Kom langs en blijf bij ons, u zult genieten van ons "Family Lake House".
Houd er rekening mee dat de maximale bezetting van deze accommodatie 6 is om op elk moment te kunnen overnachten. Er zijn geen uitzonderingen tenzij goedgekeurd door de eigenaar. Extra bezoekers overdag zijn op elk moment beperkt tot 6. Deze eigenschap kan niet worden gebruikt voor welke partij dan ook, omdat er een zware beperking is voor de VvE, dus deze vereiste wordt strikt gecontroleerd door HOA raptesentative en eigenaren.

Relaxing Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were very comfortable, and we felt there was ample space for our group of six. Hot tub overlooking the lake was a great feature. Nicely updated bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bath. Very nice property, and the owner was very accommodating.

Texas Lake House For Spring Break

Our family stayed at the lake house over our kids spring break the past week. It was a great getaway for our family. Lake Conroe provided lots of bass and catfishing for the boys. The hot tub was used every night. We were able to drive to the gulf, NASA, and a concert at the Toyota Center just a couple hour drive depending on traffic. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals and we used the propane grill, too. The beds were comfy and fit our family. Plenty of bathrooms. Thank you for having our family for the week!

Grateful for Monica

The host Monica is a wonderful person. We stayed the second time at Monica’s due to a family funeral we were in town for. Monica was the most welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The home sits right on the lake w a hot tub waterside. Star gazing and just relaxing w family on the back porch is fantastic. The home was perfect for our group of 6. We most definitely will be back! Thanks again Monica.

Beautiful home, I highly recommend!

Our family stayed at this home for 5 nights while we were there visiting family in Willis. It was wonderful! This home is so nice, clean, well decorated and cared for and felt homey. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. Each room has its own bathroom which was wonderful. The backyard view is beautiful and the large hot tub is literally right next to the water by the dock. It’s was so relaxing and very clean. The area/other homes around the property is very nice and there were deer all over as we drove to/from the property. Monica was amazing. She was very responsive and kind and it made our over all experience awesome and memorable. I would highly recommend this home. If available on our next trip we will stay there again. Thank you Monica for opening up your beautiful home for others to enjoy!!

Fantastic Lake get away

We stayed over the weekend to go to the Texas Rennaissance festival, but it seems fishing from the dock was the most fun for all. The property is beautifully appointed and exactly as described. It was lovely to sit on the deck in the morning and watch the deer stroll by. The hostess was very attentive and also very accommodating. Definitely on the list for a repeat visit at some point.

Weekend getaway

We booked this house for a weekend getaway so we could have some lake time to relax as well as visiting the Renaissance Festival. This home is well taken care of, beautiful property. And I cannot say enough about the owner of the home. Monica communicated well, and was great. Her home was so welcoming, and what a view and even a beautiful hot tub. We spent time swimming in the lake which was so nice in October! Highly suggested!

July 4th to Remember

Grew up boating on Lake Conroe with great coves to spend a day boating. This is no longer Lake Conroe of my youth as it has been completely populated and overgrown. The property has been updated inside, so don't let the outside fool you when you drive up. Beds are all comfortable, bathrooms and linens were great, and the kitchen is well stocked. Lots of stairs as it is multilevel and stairs to access bedrooms are steep so probably not great for elderly or young kids. Great location to boat out from and see the fireworks, but beware that the water can get pretty rough as it is not a protected cove by any means. We ended up using the neighborhood boat launch to launch our boat each day instead of anchoring or tying off to their dock/pier.

The house is lovely and kitchen allowed for multiple simultaneous chefs. TV was easy to figure out for Olympic watching. Comfy beds. Will be fun to return when temps low enough to embrace hot tub.

This lake house is just as beautiful and cozy as the pictures provided show it to be. Perfect amenities to enjoy the lake or just being outdoors. Monica, the owner, was very easy to communicate with ahead of the trip as well as during the trip. This was the perfect place for our girls weekend away.

Fantastic family getaway

Beautiful house with a wonderful hostess. You are right on the water so enjoy the atmosphere. Not necessarily recommended for young children as there are many breakables throughout the house. Also not for elderly with limited mobility as all bedrooms are upstairs. But for others you will live this house
