U zult van deze oase houden! Betreed een gated community met 24-uurs beveiliging voor gemoedsrust. Hang rond in het huis of loop binnen enkele seconden naar het meer. Je kunt aan het water zitten, vissen of erin springen!

In het huis vind je grote ramen die veel natuurlijk licht binnenlaten. Open concept boven zorgt voor geweldige entertainment en eenvoudige communicatie. Grote woonkamer en grote slaapkamer-tv's, Alexa, basiskabel, Netflix, Hulu en nog veel meer op Apple TV.

In de keuken is de dubbele oven geweldig voor het bereiden van meerdere gerechten tegelijk, en er is een gasgrill op het terras. Patio heeft ook verlichting en ventilatoren voor een zeer ontspannen plek om rond te hangen.

Er zijn drie VOLLEDIGE badkamers. Een in de meester, een beneden en een boven. Je hoeft niet te vechten, er is voldoende warm water!

Slaap op de BESTE supercomfortabele matrassen met schone lakens die voor elk verblijf worden gewassen.

In de tuin kun je maïskolven spelen of wat marshmallows roosteren voor smores op de vuurplaats.

Ik heb wel 2 beveiligingscamera's, de ene vangt de voordeur en de andere in de woonkamer. Deze camera's zijn alleen voor beveiligingsdoeleinden, wat betekent dat ik alleen meldingen bekijk als er niemand wordt verondersteld in huis te zijn. De rest van de tijd heb ik het in de thuismodus (privé). (stel gerust vragen over dit onderwerp)

Great Getaway

Great Mattresses

Very comfortable townhome/condo. All the beds are downstairs, and there is a great open area upstairs. The mattresses were so comfortable; all five of us slept great. It is in a gated community. We did have a hang-up with security; we had to show proof of our rental agreement the second night. But that is not the owners' fault.

Comfortable and Nice for our 4 day stay

The accommodations were as listed. Nice and cozy as the weather was damp and chilly during our visit. The small fenced yard was an added plus for our two pups. The Master Bed is very comfortable. We didn't use the other rooms or beds but there is plenty of sleeping areas and 3 bathrooms for larger groups.

Wonderful holiday stay

Evette’s townhouse is lovely and very tastefully decorated. Beautiful view from the upstairs covered patio. Beds were very comfortable. Owner was quick to respond to every question and resolved any issue immediately. Our stay was great. We have stayed in Eladen for the last 15 years during our annual trips and this was our first stay in April Sound. Beautiful with all the Christmas lights up, views of the lake and a secure place to stay. Overall I can’t recommend this location enough.

A beautiful place and area!

The photos don’t do this rental justice! It is so cute and in a great area! You can see the lake from the big balcony. Beds super comfy and bathrooms very spacious! Highly recommend!

It was in a gated community and we had issues with the attendant not letting us back in at 11pm after we had already checked in earlier. Bedrooms were downstairs and living areas upstairs which made it difficult for our older guests.

Great townhouse and roomy!

You’re literally a block walk away from watching a beautiful sunset over the lake. The beds were very comfortable and the house was super clean. You do need to know that there’s no coffee or soap or shampoo provided in the bathrooms so you’ll need to bring your own.

Mold was growing in the vents, there was a weird smell, no coffee, no soap or shampoo (the things you would think should be there), The items inside the pantry had duat all over them. Just didn’t feel clean. The one positive was the mattresses were amazing.

Priceless Family Time

Our stay was perfect! 💯 The rental space was as described. Once I arrived I felt the pictures really didn't do the space any justice. It's nice and comfortable. My mother-in-law and auntie advised their rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. I would agree if their beds were anything like the master bed. I have never been able to sleep comfortably, when away from home, until I slept in that bed. BRAVO!!! Access to the lake with just a couple of minutes away. We walked to the lake with our fishing gear and lawn chairs in tow. Unfortunately the previous renter caused a fire with the grill therefore it was gone. The host was very sweet and willing to accommodate us by ordering a grill but we chose to bypass the offer. Overall we had an amazing time!! Family time is priceless! Will definitely keep this location on the list of favorites!

Aggie Wedding

Our son and his fiancé were getting married at the April Sound Church with their reception at the county club. We needed a home to house a few members of our family for the weekend. House and amenities were lovely and just as described. Only exception was the parking and sleeping up to 10 is stretching it a bit unless guests will sleep on the sofa. I may have not read closely enough but I was not aware the home is only allowed two parking spaces but the neighbors were very gracious and the house next door for sale with vacant spots in which to park because we had multiple vehicles for out of town guests. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and the host was always quick in responding to my messages.
