It’s in a great location right in the heart of Clun, making it easy to explore the village and enjoy the surrounding countryside. Everything was straightforward and well looked after, and the whole place had a friendly, welcoming feel. A great place to stay – would happily return.'

'A hotel at a great location on the golf court, with a fantastic restaurant. Unfortunately the state of the building is not as nice as the picture shows, and the windows are desperately requiring maintenance. Service was OK, but I was given 2 single beds instead of a double bed, and they neglected to inform me that Wifi was free of charge. A lot of apologies, but not really what I expected for the price paid. Still an interesting experience and the restaurant made up for it.'
