'Very friendly staff. Had some issues communicating with the hotel via email and Expedia messages, but were able to quickly resolve issues by phone and in person. Beautiful old hotel with modern features in the heart of Aberdovey.'
'It was too noisy: the wind howling off the sea and it sounded like a water tank filling for about 5 seconds every minute. It was also too bright and I couldn’t find a switch to turn off the hall light. Also, the TV remote control didn’t work.'
'La chambre familiale était parfaite, même si nous n'avons pas eu la vue sur la mer. L'hôtel était calme et bien tenu, le personnel sympathique... Et on était à deux pas de la mer ! Nous n'avons pas testé le petit déjeuner, il vaut mieux réserver directement auprès de l'hôtel pour l'avoir compris avec la chambre. Le parking gratuit était très pratique.'
'The room was exceptionally clean and a good size also had a small kitchenette which was a nice touch, so if you fancy a drink before going out you can cook your wine. Good air con warm and cool. The staff were very attentive. Can’t fault anything and we would definitely stay again if we come to this area. Great value for money'
