'Het gebouw is een soort woonhuis van 100 jaar oud. Dat betekent veel lift en krakende houten vloeren trappen. Kamer klein en eenvoudig. Elders was een koelkast te gebruiken. Ruime parkeer gelegenheid gratis. Service is vriendelijk en goed. Het huis biedt op het balkon gelegenheid om te zitten en wat te drinken. Wel is de prijs te hoog voor wat er geboden werd. Maar het is wel centraal gelegen in montpelier.'

'We had a 8 rooms booked there for our bands that were playng in the area and the person at the counter for check in should not of been working there. He was not fit for the job, had to call a manager and get them out of bed becuase he could not figure out the system.'

The grounds of the hotel were beautifully maintained, pool area was awesome with bar and food options, and plenty of seating. We were offered a room upgrade immediately upon checking in which was an added bonus. We come up to Stowe fairly frequently and will definitely be staying here next time.'

'Noticed a slight earthy taste in the water on our 1st day, didn’t think anything of it. On the second day I noticed the bath water when I filled the tub was slightly brown. This unit has had “boil water” advisories in the past. Asking the state board of health to help determine what was in the water.'

'Loved the coffee area and open help yourself set-up. Shower did not have conditioner Towels are very thin Very tight to share with 2 other people, very small room. But clean so that was good.'

'I booked this specifically based on so many positive reviews. Found it hard to believe it was the same property! My room was very rough around the edges, some holes in the walls, dents and missing pieces of trim, one electrical outlet was uncovered with exposed wires, some mildew in the tub, grunge around windows. Not worth $190 a night for sure.'

'We have loved this place for years. This time some of the staff were curt. The spa was not open as stated in the website. The steam room and outlets in the locker room were nonfunctional and our toilet ran excessively Also maid service every three days without request isnt consistent with a hotel of this caliber. Also indoor pool was under repair that we only learned close to arrival'

'This is an amazing Inn (Bed and Breakfast) that we stayed at. The two owners, Brandon and Susannah, are amazing and generous hosts, with homemade cookies (yum!), breakfast and many other amenities on site. They also gave excellent recommendations, not just for the local area but also for the rest of our holiday in the USA. My partner and I absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a home away from home.'
