Our home is a very large family house that belonged to my grandmother and which we renovated in 2023. Located below the avenue, the house offers a breathtaking view of the garden that stretches down to the Lez River, which flows through Montpellier. On the first floor, you will find a large open-plan kitchen with English green cabinetry, a WC with a washbasin, and a very large living/dining room. In summer, this part of the house remains cooler and more pleasant, as it is protected from direct sunlight. The staircase leading to the upper floor provides access to: - First bedroom: large, equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200) with a memory foam mattress and two balconies offering breathtaking views of the treetops in the garden and the nearby park. - Second bedroom: equipped with two 80 cm beds that can be joined to form a queen-size bed. - Bathroom: large, with a bathtub, shower, double vanity, and a bay window overlooking the garden. - Third bedroom: with sleeping space for one person (child).
