SHE HAS ALERGIES SHE HAD AN ATTACK IN THE CAR AFTER LEAVING THERE WAS NO ATTENDENT AT THE DESK I HAD TO REGISTER OVER A PHONE !!! I IMMEDIATELY CANCELED WITH THEM PLEASE TAKE THIS OFF YOUR LISTING TO PROTECT OTHER CUSTOMERS !!!!!'

'This property needs a lot of work, not just the room but the whole property. No signage to indicate entrance to the property. There are no lights in the vast parking lot, it is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Our room was very different than the photos shown on Expedia, very outdated, filthy living area carpets, damaged walls, very few updates in many years. The kitchen was fine. Our room was on the lower level of a 2 floor building. The hallway was so dark we could hardly see the lock to unlock...

'This was a perfect place to stay with our children for a ski trip. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and had a nice amount of space to spread out. Parking was very easy right behind the building, and it's in a walkable area of the downtown. We will definitely come back next winter!'

Finally did refund only to remove it immediately and then stop communicating. At booking, the listing set up automatic late check out charge of 25. Unclear directions on how to enter the property. Repeatedly gave 2 different check out times throughout stay. Just frustrating. . . '

'This hotel has a Swiss Chalet vibe all day long! From the architecture to the artwork and everything in between. The owner, and cleaning staff were helpful, friendly, and very engaging. The game room in the basement had a new projector for movies, along with air hockey, ping pong, darts, and foosball. It appeared to be newly remodeled too. The sauna had a cool controller with app control if you're on the wifi. We used the kitchen for breakfast and had an espresso from their high-end espresso...
