'When we arrived there was no one on property, no one answered the phone numbers that were provided. Another guest finally got through to someone and we did finally get our code for our room. The sidewalks were disgusting with dirt and cigarette butts. We got into our room didn't smell the greatest my husband went to the bathroom there was no toilet paper and there was an unflushed mess in the toilet. There was black gunk in the tub drain and the bathroom floor didn't look like it had been washed...

'Everybody couldn’t be nicer. Not much counter space in the-bathroom. No desk in room to put the computer on. Otherwise almost perfect! Would recommend it!'

In this case, there are some newer things (couch, rugs, TV) juxtaposed with some older things (beds, general condition). Several of the rooms have light switches across the room from the entrance, so you have to walk through a dark room before you turn the light on or after you turn it off. You have no control over the heat, and we found it a bit...

'Buyer beware. Host assured 100% refund of 1 night of stay well prior to arrival but after several asks, gave only partial. Finally did refund only to remove it immediately and then stop communicating. At booking, the listing set up automatic late check out charge of 25. Unclear directions on how to enter the property. Repeatedly gave 2 different check out times throughout stay. Just frustrating. . . '
