Very close proximity to where we wished to be in the area. Service level not up to expectations. The cleaner did not leave any face and hand towels. I went to the reception desk at 9.30 pm at night and requested for some. Was told it was going to be right away. Never received them. Had to go down the following morning and ask again. Only then it was received within reasonable time.

Terrible stay at Hilton hotel
We went to Montreal to celebrate new year with family, and this turned out to be the worst stay in Hilton hotels in my entire life. First, this hotel staff made us waiting till 5:30 pm to provide a room. We were told that they would waive the parking fees for the stay to compensate the discomfort. While checking out the front desk lady confirmed that it has been taken care off. However, I could see the charges on my bill and credit card statement. I tried to resolve it over phone and email but nobody was helpful. So I had to dispute the charges through the credit card company. In our second day, this hotel staff removed all the towels from our room the and didn't provide any fresh towels. When we asked for it after returning to our room, they made us call them several times and made us wait until night , and delivered a couple of towels which were not sufficient for a family of 4. I heard the towel shortage problem from many other guests during our stay. Terrible housekeeping service and front desk was not at all helpful. I'll not recommend this hotel at all

Wonderful place to stay close to the subway and restaurants. Clean property with cheerful staff and beautiful rooms. Area in behind the motel is a bit sketchy but honestly we didn’t have issues. Hotel itself felt safe. Starbucks, bakery and a small grocery store within a 2 minute walk. I would definitely stay again.

Nice Hotel
The hotel itself is amazing. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the entire hotel is very clean. I used the gym everyday. The only reason why I can't give this hotel is five stars is the location. It is not in the best of neighborhoods and there is not much by it to do.
