Het hotel ligt lekker centraal in Montreal. Er zijn voldoende restaurantjes in de buurt en het is een goede uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen. Ook het buitenzwembad op de 28e etage is heel aangenaam.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Le Cantlie Suites and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff members were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The suite itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including a fully equipped kitchenette, a large flat-screen TV, and a luxurious bathroom with all the necessary toiletries. Overall, my experience at Hotel Le Cantlie Suites was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location made for a truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future.

The Hotel staff was friendly, professional, the valets and the parking attendants were particularly wonderful, as well as the front desk. The hotel was clean, quiet and very well located. Price was reasonable. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Le Cantle. The front desk staff were always very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, bars, shopping and activities. The hotel is clean and quiet even though it’s located in the downtown area. Would definitely come again!

The room was not what we expected. The staff said we could cancel the reservation, when we found a new place, they then said we could only cancel the second night of the stay, but we had to cancel via Expedia. Expedia tried reaching the Hotel to confirm the cancellation several times but the front desk was not answering. It would be helpful if the staff was aligned on the cancellation policy and we did not feel like we were forced to stay in a place we did not like.

Our front desk manager tried really hard to help you out quickly and fix any problems.We get that you didn’t like the carpet in your first room. Thanks for being patient while we showed you other rooms. We’re glad you were happy with room 407 after talking to our manager. I saw the talk you had with him myself. Also, I’m sorry, but we never said we would not charge you for your stay, and our manager did say that was just your opinion.When it came to canceling, we tried to follow the rules set by Expedia to make things clear.About the bugs you said were in the room, we checked carefully and didn’t find any flying insects in room 407. But we know it’s important that you feel comfortable and safe. So, we’ve decided to give you your money back for the second night because we think that’s the right thing to do.We hope you understand and would be happy to have you stay with us again. Location, location, location, plus a solid (in every sense of the word) hotel. Despite nice touches like a respectable mini-kitchen, the rooms aren't anything special, but being walking distance to not just the underground, but actual attractions (e.g., museums, Mont Royale, one of Montreal's several lovely cathedrals) on top of excellent dining options and Montreal's finest dive bar (Zippy's!) makes this a great base for exploring a wonderful city.

The room I had was directly across from the elevator. The bathtub drain was not functioning properly. Overall, the room was fine. Many airline employees stay at this hotel.

It was ok.... got the worse view available probably first floor facing the back. Was expecting better especially during the week. No parking available he to park across the street at a green parking. Room was average, decent space with a little kitchen which was nice. Washroom is small with no counterspace. Hotel staff was decent not to bubbly or friendly but not rude or mean. Regarding the view, we did not receive any specific request from you about this preference. Considering the size of the rooms and the fact that you came with your family, especially since you visited us on a Thursday, it is certain that we could have assigned you a much more spacious suite, even with a mountain view, for a very small difference for the upgrade. We would have been happy to do this. As for parking, it depended on whether you had a sedan or an SUV, as indicated everywhere including our website, with the specifics and dimensions of vehicles that do not fit in our garage, notably due to a height limitation.We value your feedback and assure you that we are committed to enhancing our services for your future visits. This is a beautiful old world meets contemporary style hotel a stones throw away from the Ritz Carlton. You just can feel that the neighbourhood is upscale and know you’re in a good place. The room was beautiful I loved the kitchenette! Again the furnishings were classy old world charm meets contemporary luxe comfort. We did have a few problems though…slow valet, small lobby so total zoo at checkin, the hotel doors did not work we had to pry them open manually to get in and out, we received two wash cloths for three women (big no no), housekeeping left their tools directly outside our room door for hours blocking the way, the bed was comfy but squeaked anytime you moved, and finally we asked for a late check out before going out for breakfast and housekeeping cleaned our room while we were gone forcing us out earlier than hoped. I did speak to the Manager who was very understanding. Would stay again hopefully without the hiccups next time!
