We really care about what you said because we always want to make things better for our guests.We looked into what happened during your visit and it looks like there was some confusion about our cancellation policy and how we handled your worries. Our front desk manager tried really hard to help you out quickly and fix any problems.We get that you didn’t like the carpet in your first room. Thanks for being patient while we showed you other rooms. We’re glad you were happy with room 407 after talking to our manager. I saw the talk you had with him myself. Also, I’m sorry, but we never said we would not charge you for your stay, and our manager did say that was just your opinion.When it came to canceling, we tried to follow the rules set by Expedia to make things clear.About the bugs you said were in the room, we checked carefully and didn’t find any flying insects in room 407. But we know it’s important that you feel comfortable and safe. So, we’ve decided to give you your money back for the second night because we think that’s the right thing to do.We hope you understand and would be happy to have you stay with us again. Regarding the view, we did not receive any specific request from you about this preference. Considering the size of the rooms and the fact that you came with your family, especially since you visited us on a Thursday, it is certain that we could have assigned you a much more spacious suite, even with a mountain view, for a very small difference for the upgrade. We would have been happy to do this. As for parking, it depended on whether you had a sedan or an SUV, as indicated everywhere including our website, with the specifics and dimensions of vehicles that do not fit in our garage, notably due to a height limitation.We value your feedback and assure you that we are committed to enhancing our services for your future visits.
