- C'était ma première fois en appart-hôtel : tout s'est bien passé avec les codes d'accès que j'ai reçus à l'heure prévue et qui ont bien fonctionné pendant tout mon séjour. - L'appartement est un grand loft et avec salon lumineux. Coin chambre cozy, surélevé par rapport au reste de l'appartement avec penderie et étagères. Grande entrée avec un banc et une grande penderie. L'espace cuisine est spacieux avec grand frigo/congélo, machine Nespresso, énorme toaster à bagels. Seul bémol, les fauteuils blancs sont encombrants et peu confortables pour manger car trop hauts par rapport au comptoir. -Service wifi impeccable. Une télé dans le salon et un écran dans la chambre sur lequel je n'ai pas réussi à faire du partage d'écran avec mon smartphone à cause, je crois, d'une incompatibilité de zone (Europe / Amérique du nord). -Salle de bain très spacieuse et confortable. Nombreuses serviettes de bain à disposition. Savon liquide disponible près des lavabos et dans les douches. -Les espaces communs de l'immeuble sont neutres et propres. -J'aurais apprécié pouvoir recharger mon téléphone sur le secteur mais n'ayant pas d'adaptateur pour les prises canadiennes, j'ai dû en acheter un (l'option de recharge sur les prises USB des télé est beaucoup lente). La plupart des hôtels ont une prise USB universelle pour recharger sur le secteur, ce serait bien d'en ajouter une ou 2 ;-) Donc pensez à prendre votre adaptateur! -Mon appartement était calme à part quelques camions de livraison dans

Only had 1 issue and regardless of that it’s a beautiful stay, but the issue is too big that I give it 3/5. There is a ticking noise coming from the heater that would stop and start ticking every 10 seconds. Affected my sleep, and overall just very annoying to keep hearing.

Super séjour, endroit bien situé, propre, fidèle aux photos, lit confortable. À distance marche de tout! Seul point à améliorer, difficile de faire fonctionner la télévision du salon avec le câble et tout et la porte du lave-vaisselle ne tient pas seule, alors gare à vos pieds si vous ne la retenez pas !! :p J'y retournerais sans hésiter !

Pros: it was such a beautiful experience. The place is definitely different and unique and we loved it. It was absolutely beautiful especially the two showerhead shower room was beautiful. The beds were absolutely amazing so comfortable and we had everything we needed. Cons: there are three TVs in the unit and it’s hard to work. The remotes and the bedroom TVs do not have cable, but they are smart TVs and we only had one remote, so one TV did not work other than that we really enjoyed our stay

Nice property but had some issues.
Property itself was lovely and clean. The heat was fussy at times and the bedrooms needed bedside lamps (only overhead lights - boo!). Some rugs or blankets by the sofa would have been welcomed. There are some aggressive panhandling from a group of unhoused people that made it Smetka st times coming back to the unit. The listing on hotels.com said the property included parking - it did not. Fix the listing- it was misleading and had to hunt for parking each night.

The room is nice but the location was disappointing. The room temperature control did not work well so it was hot in the room. The entrance of the building looks run down. The neighborhood has several condemned buildings and a larger unhoused population than most other areas we visited.

It is a great, convenient apartment that is located near public transportation and some fantastic, affordable eating options. The area looks a bit rough, but it was safe and home to some amazing food options (Lebanese, Korean, etc.). It's remotely managed, so it helps to have things worked out ahead of time, but the hotel team was incredible and very responsive.

This particular unit we booked had really poor air conditioning. It was uncomfortably hot and the AC couldn’t get lower than 76 degrees. The TV remotes didn’t work properly unless you were standing directly in front of the TV. The customer service is nonexistent as I had inquired about something through the customer service line and received no response. The location and the unit were good, not nearly as frightening as other reviews state. The hallway smells of garbage and similarly the bathroom. Thankfully it rained the second day and we were able to open the window to get SOME cold relief. My room credit that was advertised through Expedia was not honoured. This is an okay property, a place to sleep and that’s it

Good place to stay. Convenient. The only thing is that an inner wear was left in the washer. It has moldy smell in the washer.

Downtown Montreal
Great Downtown Montreal location. There are two 24 hour establishments nearby, so expect usual city noise. There is a homeless presence there as well. Good place for a short stay. Very modern loft.
