Check in was quick and easy and we were lucky enough to get one of the five free parking on site. They are tiny but its free and car is safe! Personal was nice and helpful. The room was okay size but bathroom needs some love and shower curtain needs to be replaced. We forgot to mention when we left but our had stain on it and very smelly. Some mold on the sillicone as well. Location was great with walkable distance around Montreux and we got free bus ticket to go to the Chateau Chillon. Thank you

We didn't get the room we asked for and they were not interested in fixing it. Pretty rude and standoffish front desk staff and our bathroom was pretty dirty. Not a great stay at all although Montreux is beautiful!

We assure you that the points raised do not in any way reflect our desire to provide beautiful memories and would like to offer you our sincere apologies for the inconveniences encountered.Nevertheless, we remark non-issues on your comment that requests clarification: You book a twin room (reservation without breakfast) and at arrival wanted to have a family room with a kitchen – we refuse that upgrade as family rooms were sold out and explained that you had to stay on the room type you book. We did not even talk about any rate change to get to a different room. Then you came to reception asking for breakfast for free as compensation for not having the room you wanted, for what we explained that you were having the room you book and should you want to have breakfast, it was to be paid. Next day in the evening you were surprised in the breakfast room helping yourself from the mugs we have available for the breakfast next morning (we prefer not to mention what we could “name” that situation!). At any moment you came to reception to complain about housekeeping during your 2 day stay except now on your cute comment for what we doubt about its veracity! Your satisfaction is our priority and we assure you that we are doing everything we can to maintain and develop the quality that you are entitled to expect at the Hotel Bon Port.Looking forward to welcoming you again in Montreux,Sincerely,

Süsses kleines Hotel
Wir hatten eine Super Freundliche Empfangsdame die uns das Check-in erleichtert hat. Die Zimmer waren mässig sauber. Oberhalb vom Bett war ein Ventilator der voller staub war, auch die anderen 2 Gebuchten Zimmer waren sehr verstaubt. Das Putzpersonal nimmt es garnicht genau mit dem abstauben oder unter dem Bett putzen. Ansonsten ganz süss. Wir hatten glück mit dem Parkplatz das wir 2 gefunden haben, aber wer grosse Autos fährt wie wir wird dort in der weissen Zine selten was vernünftiges finden. Uns wurde das Shopping-center als alternative parkmöglichkeit empfohlen. Achtung nicht das Casino soll überteuert sein.

The location is excellent and overall the hotel was a good value for the area. The room was very hot and there is no temperature control, and the water pressure in the shower was poor however. These things seems like areas that could be easily improved by the hotel to make a big difference in the level of comfort in the guest rooms.

街の外れで静かで気に入りました。湯船、駐車場がないのがちょっと困りましたが値段相応であると思います。スタッフの方はとても親切に対応下さいました。レマン湖にはとても近いですが窓からは見ることは出来ません。

Zweibettzimmer , ein Bett hatte 2 Räder, rollte immer auseinander. Bei jeder Bewegung hat das Bett gequietscht. Deckenventilator war am Anfang super ( leise) hat aber von Zeit zu Zeit scheppernde Geräusche gemacht. Mussten ihn ausschalten, dann war es zu warm.

Very very uncomfortable in summer days
You can’t sleep because there is no A/C or room cooler. Room fan runs like a Zombie and portable fan doesn’t work. You have to fully open the windows to get some air.

Weekend `a Montreux
Hôtel pratique et assez bien situe'. Ideal pour les gens qui ont un budget 'modeste' ou les hommes/femmes d'affaires en déplacement à la recherche d'une chambre et salle de bain 'correcte' pour une période de courte durée. Nous étions la pour le festival de Jazz et ne voulait pas être en plein centre avec tout le bruit des touristes après minuit. Cet hôtel était suffisamment près mais pas trop pour satisfaire cette condition. Ce n'est pas un hôtel 'charmante et romantique' pour impressionner votre chérie. Si vous cherchez ça, mais vaut trouver un hôtel de charme. Mais si vous avez besoin d'un hôtel sobre et propre `a un prix raisonnable, le Bon Port est bien. Seul bémol, le store était bloque en position ouverte. En été le soleil tape certaines chambres l’après-midi et il n’y a pas de climatisation. Heureusement il y avait un ventilateur de plafond.

They don’t inform that the reception closes at 10.30pm. Meaning you cannot park and you cannot have breakfast (only orders taken the night before). I was lucky enough to find a nice receptionist opening the garage door for me at least. And let’s not talk about the parking. You better go with a car smaller than a Fiat 550 or you won’t fit. Ridiculous. What shocked me most was to see a “look like dirty “ toilette. It’s a 3 stars hotel but still!! Therefore you get a bad review.
