'Small little house located off the beaten path. My wife and I stayed there for one night. It is as the description says. An older home. Very rustic. The host is very nice and helpful. Really only sleeps 2 comfortably.'

'This was a great stay, the camper and property were exactly as described. The roads surrounding the property are dirt, and can be pretty rutted in some places. I made it in my 2WD rental, but use caution! Wound up having a bonfire with the owner and other guests on property. Very memorable :)'

'We've rented several of these properties. Each gets better than the last. Easy to find. Very convenient for Monument Valley, Canyonlands, even Arches. Intend to return as soon as possible.'

'This is the perfect location for a home base. We were an hour from Mesa Verde, Hovenweep, Arches, Canyonlands-Needles District, and Natural Bridges. There was even more within a 90 minute drive. Our problem is we didn't book a longer vacation. The view of the Abajo Mountains from the living room was awesome. There was a hawk nesting in one of the pines in the back yard. Our first afternoon at the house a group of 9 mule deer came into the yard, and after they left a second group of 11 wandered...

'Great place for a family reunion--clean, lots of beds, a great pond to play in, not many mosquitoes, not many people around, and terrific scenery! The only drawback was the generator kept coming on-perhaps more solar panels are needed? Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks for a great reunion!!'

'We enjoyed our stay so much! It was much closer to fantastic hikes than we realized and the fenced yard was PERFECT for our dogs! It was also a lot larger than we expected and very well stocked with dishes etc, and they even had little snacks for us. Steve was SUCH a good communicator, it was easy to get any questions answered and he kept us informed of local weather, etc. We will absolutely come back to this place!'

'It's a good location and a lovely lodge. It is important to know what the home has to offer fully before booking. I had planned to travel there during a rather warm period and when booking I saw that it had air conditioning. Upon arrival the A/C is actually only two portable A/C units in the living room. It was about 79 degrees in the living room area (with A/C's running). In the bedrooms and upstairs it was significantly warmer. Warm enough that after showering I was still dripping sweat. ...

'CLEAN. Shower pressure is GREAT. We made breakfast before we left. Everything we needed to cook breakfast. Only issue I had- as states it’s a condo and there are laundry facilities. I assumed it was a condo based on title and condos typically have their own W/D. There is a W/d but it’s coin laundry so be prepared. We planned to wash clothes at this point in our 9 day SW trip so was surprised. Easily solved - ran down to the laundromat and got change! Otherwise place was great, spacious and...

'Mooi huisje. Niet groot maar met alle voorzieningen die nodig zijn. Met een leuk klein terrasje om op te zitten. Informatievoorziening van de eigenaar is erg prettig. In het huisje waren ook lekkere gratis snacks en drankjes aanwezig. Een leuke verrassing'
