'The hotel staff is super. The rooms are somewhat outdated. I had a room on the 5th floor with volcano view. Outside there are loud fans of airco units. The sliding doors/windows don't work nor close completely. The shower is hard to get right, there's either a powerfull jet or a tiny bit less powerful jet to choose from, a diagonal jet all over the place. There are frequent parties, on Friday night one with loud music outside till 2:30. In the hotel lobby bar area next to the restaurant...

'The room was clean and the staff was wonderful. We also met Terry the hotel pup who is one of the best employee there. The staff is friendly and the location is close to shops and malls. It is definitely worth the stay. The only thing that was difficult was the exit. The street is narrow due to cars parking on the side of the street and delivery trucks coming to the houses nearby.
