'We enjoyed our stay at Portobello. The room and common areas were beautiful and well-kept. I would definitely stay there again. My only criticism was that the water was not working when I tried to use it in the early part of morning (around 2am), but was working fine other than that. '

'The room was great! The hotel has a lot of character and is really unique! The staff was always pleasant and helpful as well! The only issues we ran into was that there was construction going on the hotel that would always start early morning, then there were also some issues with the water and it was unavailable. Other than that, it was an amazing stay and we'd be happy to come back! Maybe next time we can leave a 5 star rating!!'

'Accordig to the way I was taken to this property you should only plan coming here if you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle with off- road tires, dirt motorcycle, horse or donkey. The road in is in terrible condition! It takes about 45 mins. to go about 10 kms. The beach looks to be at the bottom of a small mountain, not sure how you access it. After reaching the to wn, it looks to have a fair amount of amenities. I needed a place to stay for the night, but much to far from the airport. I found...

'Nice hotel, conveniently situated close to shopping centre and in a safe modern neighbourhood. Room is large enough and a nice spacious bathroom with a nice shower. Breakfast is OK, not special but adequate. Staff in general is friendly. Only security staff less helpful and less friendly than in other hotels in Colombia we have visited. For example the security guard saw us struggle to get through the revolving doors with our suitcase and he never offered any assistance. Just stood there...

'This place is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple that wants an apartment. Great neighborhood location ( it felt very safe ) great shopping walking distance. The apartments are new and very clean. It has a cute rooftop bar and first floor coffee shop. The bed was great along with a 70 inch television. Great air conditioning and great water pressure. The price was excellent and it had a descent kitchen to cook small meals in with and island for 2 . I y has a laundry room for 5 usd on 3 floors...
