'I really wanted to give this place high reviews, but unfortunately the great pluses this property has (amazing location right on the water and views) are negated by an overzelous and controling owner. Prepared to be scolded, warned and admonished for many things a paying costumer would not in other stablishments. I.e. do not take the kayak out in the beautiful bay because it could be damaged by the coral..are u serious? Why have a kayak on the property if it cant be used. Or, dont leave the AC...

'Prima accommodatie maar duur voor wat je ervoor krijgt. Kamer was erg gehorig, ontbijt lunch en diner was erg duur. Hebben er daarom niet gegeten. Personeel vriendelijk maar alleen de eigenaar lijkt je echt te kunnen helpen bij vragen. '

'The The beach on property is nice. Great views from restaurant. Strong AC, free wifi are plusses. No phone in room, no TV, nobody at reception after a certain time at night. Door to patio was broken. Rooms are dated. '

'Location was amazing. So peaceful, quiet, and serene. Viewed sunset from deck chairs of our room. Small facility so beach walks not crowded with lots of tourists. Room a little small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious - all so fresh. Secured parking on site. Only suggestion is to make guard gate electronic so aren’t required to get out of car to enter code. '

'Small newer bungalows with an eager staff to please. Very quiet property. Kitchens in rooms so you can shop and make your breakfast at least. A little pricey ( but So is everything in FP) on the breakfast that you can pay for. Very quiet area of the island. Maybe I've been spoiled around the world but the reef on Moorea is not the greatest for snorkeling'
