Great property, beautiful views, tasty food yet sadly many individuals of the hotel staff could have had a better attitude customer service wise, lots of hardships with language barrier and even when in communication understood not great service all around had to speak with management a few times to get things resolved, the great few employees were absolutely helpful & fantastic but the rest very sub par, we hate to compare but absolutely different experience at Hilton Moorea which is always outstanding in every way or even Intercontinental Tahiti amazing staff there!! We sadly wouldn’t go back to that property again too many nuisances unfortunately especially with the extra considerations that should be common courtesy in traveling with a baby :(
