'We absolutely loved our stay at Colin and Susan’s guest suite, we found ourselves wishing we had gotten to spend more time at the property itself! The hot tub and hammock overlooking the mountains were amazing amenities, we had so much fun horseback riding with Colin and Maura, and the suite was exactly as pictured. Susan even provided some basic groceries in the fridge. Highly recommend, wonderful hosts of a wonderful property!'

'We have stayed in the neighborhood previously, and loved being up and away from the bustle of downtown Malibu. The Pool House was a special treat, with fabulous views through big windows, or from a number of outside places to sit, beautiful furnishings, and a well outfitted kitchen, It was a quiet and serene place to return to after a day spent with family. Shannon is great to work with, and very responsive to questions. We hope to stay again, sometime.'

This includes a walk down the dangerous PCH to get to an underpass. Walking from this property is not easy, stay here if you want to drive everywhere. 'This location had a beautiful view and serene outside location. Wonderful hosts, helped if we needed anything. We did not realize however it was the lower unit of the house. There were 2 families above us at different times during our stay, and we could hear every footstep from upstairs. Not ideal, I wish we would have known we were the lower unit, so we could expect that. Otherwise a beautiful place and we had a great time in Malibu!'

If you arrive at night the code key box is the same color as the brick wall it’s hard to find at night and lighting is horrible.
