'My family and I were in town for 3 days and needed a space to accommodate all 7 of us. This house was beautiful and so lovely to stay in. The pictures don’t do it justice. Nis was such an amazing host. Quick to respond, friendly, and so hospitable. Would absolutely recommend staying here.'

'Steven was courteous, prompt and was able to accommodate having the unit available slightly ahead of check in. Units were clean, well kept. My only recommendation would be the mattress had a loudness to them due to the mattress protector. Perhaps not an issue for all.'

'I spent five night at this property to go to three ballgames between the Yankees and the Guardians and to go to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the house from the A Christmas Story movie. The property was perfect. It was clean and well maintained. All the rooms were nicely decorated and I felt very comfortable the entire time. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Cleveland and I would recommend it to my friends and family as well.'

'The couch was missing the plug to connect to use the leg lifts, and the remote for the tv was missing. Everything else was fantastic and a very comfortable stay. '

'Property is beautiful. Accommodations are so nice. Even though the bedrooms are upstairs, the apartment is fully set up for anyone with mobility issues. Elevator and plenty of grab bars in the bathroom. Kirtland is a charming town. Location of this property is walkable to all the highlights of town '
