'La habitación estaba muy limpia, bien iluminada, el A/C funcionó muy bien muy poco ruido y sin odor a humedad. Todo ordenado y funcionando.'

'NO SIRVE EL DRENAJE DEL BAÑO, SE SALE POR LA REGADERA. TIENE GOTERAS. LAS SÁBANAS, TOALLAS, COLCHA Y ALMOHADAS CON MAL OLOR MUY VIEJAS Y AMARILLAS. MALA ANTENCIÓN POR PARTE DE LA RECEPCIÓN, NO EXPLICAN NADA NI SON ATENTAS. ESPECIALMENTE POR LA MAÑANA. NO TIENEN TELÉFONO LAS HABITACIONES Y LA ÚNICA MANERA DE COMUNICARSE ES BAJAR A RECEPCIÓN. PÉSIMO SERVICIO, ME SORPRENDIÓ BASTANTE.'

'Everything good, things that can improve: the water pressure is low, and there are no “Do not disturb” door signs, so a cleaning lady knocked on the door in the morning, even though we were checking out that same day. Otherwise comfortable, clean hotel in front of a shopping mall.'

'La propiedad, excelente, excepto alimentos y bebidas con fallas en el servicio de cena, pedí una ensalada con queso azul, la cual regrese porque no traía el QUESO AZUL, si salió mal de la cocina como es posible que el mesero no se percate. Los meseros no se tratan con respeto, se dirigen entre ellos con palabras fuertes sin importar que los comensales oigan. El desayuno bufete muy basto, pero caro. El pan terrible.'
