'Food is excellent and beds are very comfy. It's old-fashioned in that it's a conversion of an older building, so windows are single-glazed and the doors open with actual keys. But the rooms have everything you'd expect from a professionally run establishment. Staff are all friendly and professional though you sometimes have to seek them out – hardly surprising as there are only six rooms so they can't have someone permanently on duty.'

'Amazing as we remember it when we last came 9 years ago, had a Warm Welcome on arrival from Tracy's Son and we stayed in exactly the same room as we did 9 years ago. Room was beautiful and spotlessly clean in such a peaceful location. Breakfast was freshly cooked and lovely, filled me for the day, my Partner had Welsh Rarebit which she said was stunning. Looking at returning again next year, we won't leave it another near decade until next time, 10/10! '
'Booked this hotel as the rest of our large group were staying at The Ivy Bush Hotel opposite, where they had been recommended.
We were not disappointed, the hotel was beautifully decorated and everywhere spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was included and was scrummy.
Our friends at The Ivy Bush were extremely disappointed with their accommodation and evening meal and next time will book the Spilman Hotel.

'Lovely compact room in the main building. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. One of the best cooked breakfasts we've had - excellent quality and nicely presented. Fantastic location on the high street in Narberth with on site parking. Would definitely recommend and I'm sure we'll be back to stay another time. '

'The Plas breakfast was one if not the best I have had anywhere, all freshly cooked. Also, plenty of choices to suit everyone. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but one little criticism is that there was no handle to aid getting into the shower/bath. This was mentioned to the receptionist in the morning, she duly made a note of it and would pass it on to the maintenance person. Would recommend the Plas and would go back there. '
