MOOI VOORZIJDE VOOR MEER

Prive-lakefront huis met aanlegsteiger binnen 5 minuten naar Interstate en minder dan 45 minuten naar Asheville. Dit grote huis zal perfect zijn voor het hele gezin / groep. Nog beter is dit huis geweldig voor alle leeftijden, omdat het toegankelijk is voor mindervaliden en een bijna vlakke kavel heeft aan het meer. De begane grond beschikt over een grote meester met eigen badkamer. 2e slaapkamer naast het halbad. Beddengoed is aanwezig, handdoeken niet. Ruime en open keuken, eetkamer en woonkamer. Boven is een grote zolder met 2 stapelbedden en 4 eenpersoonsbedden. Beneden, geniet van het hol en volledige bar en bar zitplaatsen voor 6. Ook een pooltafel, veel zitplaatsen, een slaapkamer en een complete badkamer. Buiten kunt u genieten van het volledige uitzicht op het meer op het achterdek dat gedeeltelijk overdekt is en waar 10 zitplaatsen zijn. Gegoten terras op kelder lijnen met meer zitplaatsen. Mooi landschap en vuurplaats. Maïs gat. Speelgoed voor in het meer is onder meer kano, paddleboard, een assortiment drijvers en 1 kajak voor 2 personen.

Well Equiped Large Lake House

We have never stayed at a property that had as much supplies as this one. So well equipped it was like home away from home. Lake area/cove is clean with excellent swimming for the kids. A little tight with neighbors docks but okay. House is large with plenty of space. The upstairs sleeping loft for kids was nice to have. House to water was not steep and easy to access.

The Perfect Lake James House

This is the perfect house for a family vacation on Lake James. The kitchen is well equipped. The top floor is perfect for a group of kids. We all loved the bottom floor pool table and record player. The dock it great to swim from and it located in a peaceful cove. This is our 3rd time staying here and plan to return every year.

Family summer vacation

We’ve always wanted to visit Lake James & it is a beautiful mountain lake. The home suited our needs well. Plenty of room to spread out. Loved the three decks. Thoughtful kitchen items, well stocked & organized. Wonderful landscaping. Boat dock was a little closer to neighbors than I prefer. All in all a great house for groups to enjoy.

No Smoking or Vape (even outside)

Let me start by stating the positives of the property its a nice size (ample beds). the location is good. The negatives no smoking or vape anywhere on the property or you are threatened to be kicked out and lose your money. I don’t smoke personally, but we had a few people that do and they were having to walk in the rain to the street to smoke. The neighbors are right on top of you on the dock and they aren’t very friendly (their dock is maybe 5-6ft away). The main issue with that is from the picture it looked like one of the boat bays were available, but we had to squeeze our boat between the 2 docks because there are now 2 boats (1 in each dock). Also there was no place to park a trailer because the best 2 spots for the trailers were taken by the owners trailers.

Summer Holliday

The property is accessible to everything we needed (Food Lion/Dollar General/Pizza) great for a large family or two families with older teens. Our kids enjoyed playing pool, using the kayaks and SUP. The landscaping is stunning! We enjoyed the 4th of July, grilled out - there is a well equipped kitchen. Stopped by Bones Jones for a delicious meal and next time we’ll bring our pickleball paddle to reserve the courts around the corner. The water temperature was perfect for swimming/floating. Lake life is the best life.

Location exceptional and property is outstanding. Kitchen was well equipped, and beds were comfortable. Minor concerns about cleanliness and condition of stereo equipment. People with mobility issues need to be careful when using walkway to lake. Overall loved the experience.

Family vacation

We had 13 people ranging in age from 17 to 80 years old. Everyone had a bed and slept comfortably. The loft was perfect for all the “kids”. We enjoyed swimming from the dock every day!! The kayaks and paddle board were also a big hit. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals each night. We highly recommend this property, it’s quiet and the view was amazing!!!

Fun at the Lake

Something for everyone in early August. Three adults and 3 kids 8, 5, 3. The lake toys - canoe, kayaks, paddleboard and noodles were awesome. We used everything -- the decks, rocking chairs, huge outdoor table, fire pit and Grill. The kitchen was so well equipped. We cooked every meal from scratch and had what we needed. Only flaw was the dishwasher which didn't always dispense the soap properly. We left a note about that. This is a particularly fabulous place for big families and groups of friends. Loved it!

Location is perfect. Older home with dated decor. It is def a family home with lots of mementos everywhere. My son loved the records and pool table. Nice sloped walk to dock. Kitchen is well stocked and beds were comfortable except for Queen. It had a def roll in middle.still gave 5 stars because location is perfect, had paddle boards, and no steep walk to dock.
