'Upon arrival, the house was not clean. There was dust everywhere, the entire house smelt strongly like wet dog, and the towels provided smelled extremely unpleasant. The mattress protector was covered in dog fur, which was unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable sleeping there. Overall, the house felt unhygienic and poorly maintained.When we raised these concerns with the owner, we were told the cleaner had to rush because we requested an earlier check-in.
