'Check in details were provided before we arrived and when we struggled accessing the property the host was available to assist promptly. He was also very responsive and quite friendly. Unfortunately with the structure of the housing there was a lot of disturbing noise from the apartment upstairs which in this case the host probably had no control over. I had to take pictures of apartment showing someone else stayed there to food in refrigerator, cups in sink, exercise equipment. I was totally outraged.
