'We really like the location of this house. Very quiet nice neighborhood. It was very close to a marina and shopping. The house was very clean and comfortable. It had almost everything you could need for cooking. And the gas grill was great. I would say the only negative was that the hill was steep to get to the lake. 'This is 10-15mins from anything Morristown and 40mins to downtown Gatlinburg super easy highway drive! How was clean and new, quiet neighborhood, off the main road! On steep street but very cool!! 'Nice home with spacious bedrooms and a large kitchen with plenty of seating inside and out. Lots of refrigerator space. The water level was low at this time of year (March) but this was explained before renting. 8 kiddos 12 and under had a ball. It was about an hour drive to Gatlinburg. There is a bedroom on ground floor and the rest require stair climbing if that is an issue for any person in your party. We would recommend staying here.'

'Waited to the last minute to find a place to stay in The Smokies. Happened to find this unit. Very pleased with the stay. Very clean. A lot of amenities for the money. The property manager is very nice and communicates well. Definitely not disappointed and recommend. Plus it’s right on Douglas Lake. Beautiful setting.'

'We stayed here for a few nights over Memorial Weekend so that we could visit with our family. It was perfectly lovely, clean, modernized and the hosts really thought of everything. The kitchen was stocked, the decor was nice, the place was super clean and just felt like home! Having a one year old with us, it was so great to have the house come with a nice pack - n - play as well as a quality highchair.
