Welcome to "The Launch Pad"
Come enjoy our charming 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath modern farmhouse mountain cottage. Built with love in 2021 by a renowned local craftsman and carpenter, with a classic Vermont mountain home feel and with modern amenities. This quaint home is set back off the main road and surrounded by trees, giving you complete privacy, yet just minutes from shopping, eateries, breweries and all the world class hiking, biking, kayaking, golf, swimming, and snow activities you can imagine!

The space:
The Launch Pad is a 900 sqft single family residence on nearly an acre of land with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, with plenty of open parking space. The interior has been designed with emphasis on the living area that boasts a friendly, open floor plan, with one wall consisting of 4 hinged french patio doors, which fills the room with sun during the day. These doors also act as access to the private porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee and a book. The kitchen features granite countertop, with all new stainless steel appliances and all the cook and dishware you need to prepare a home cooked meal. There's also a beautiful butcher block breakfast bar with stools to gather around and plan your day or unwind from your adventures. There's a queen bed in one of the bedrooms and two single/twin beds in the other bedroom. Both rooms have ample closet space, electric wall heaters to stay warm during the cold nights and ceiling fans to stay cool during the summer.

The Launch Pad is professionally cleaned in accordance with the suggested disinfecting and cleaning guidelines outlined by the CDC.

Access:
Guests can enjoy the entire house to themselves. Guests will be given a 4 digit code to access their key from the lockbox outside.

Winter season:
During the winter we plow and sand the driveway regularly, but the house is set on a hill and winter tires and/or 4WD are recommended. The house is equipped with a shovel and salt should it snow during your stay.

Guest Safety:
There is an outside security camera at the property.
